    - Develop a solid understanding of movement technique

    - Get you playing and scoring as soon as possible


Intermediate to Advance Juniors and Adults:

    - Same as Beginner Junior and Adult, plus . . .

    - Adjustments to improve efficiency of technique

    - Tactics to play better singles and doubles in school, leagues, tournaments

    - Change and improve mental outlook

    - Better footwork and conditioning
